At SPARROWS Lock Picks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all apparel and accessories are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Ship Item Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for confirmation.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
